Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website lautoradio.net and any related services, content, features, or applications provided by AutoradioRx (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

The Service is operated by Tamsin Riverton, 5215 Oakton St, Skokie, IL 60077, United States (“AutoradioRx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. The Service is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We may update these Terms at any time in our discretion. Changes are effective when posted to the Service or when we otherwise provide notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Description of the Service

AutoradioRx is a pharmaceuticals resource that connects medications, diseases, and supplements through evidence and clear explanations, including content related to autoradiography, radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, dosage information, side effects, and drug interactions. Content may include drug monographs, condition overviews, and educational materials.

Informational Nature; No Medical Advice

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service does not provide medical or healthcare services. Always seek the advice of your physician, pharmacist, or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition, medications, or supplements. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Service.

No Doctor–Patient Relationship; Emergencies

Your use of the Service does not create a doctor–patient, pharmacist–patient, or other professional relationship. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Radiopharmaceuticals and Imaging Content

Content related to radiopharmaceuticals, autoradiography, or imaging may involve specialized, high-risk domains and is intended only for educational purposes for appropriately trained professionals. Do not handle, administer, or otherwise use radiopharmaceuticals or imaging modalities based on the Service. Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional protocols.

Accounts; Registration; Security

To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose information. We are not a healthcare provider or covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), and information you provide through the Service is not protected health information under HIPAA unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Do not copy, scrape, index, or harvest data from the Service except as permitted by robots.txt or our written permission.
• Do not infringe or violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
• Do not engage in automated or bulk use that degrades the Service or circumvents access controls.

Intellectual Property; License

The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilations) are owned by AutoradioRx or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use or for internal use within your organization. Any use not expressly permitted is prohibited.

Third-Party Content and Links

The Service may reference third-party studies, products, or services. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or availability. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

Research and Regulatory Disclaimers

References to clinical research, trials, regulatory status, or labeling may be incomplete, out of date, or jurisdiction-specific. Statements regarding supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTORADIORX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AUTORADIORX, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF AUTORADIORX FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO AUTORADIORX FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoradioRx and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

DMCA Notice and Takedown

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written notice containing the following to our designated agent: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner. Fees; Paid Features

Certain features may be offered for a fee. If you purchase paid features, you agree to the pricing, payment, and billing terms presented at checkout. Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable. We may change prices or introduce new charges upon reasonable notice. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred.

Beta Features

We may label certain features as alpha, beta, preview, or experimental. Such features are provided “as is,” may be modified or discontinued at any time, and may be subject to additional terms.

Termination; Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

Compliance with Laws; Export

You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the Service, including U.S. export control and sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any restricted country or on any restricted list.

Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Except for claims that qualify for small claims court and claims for injunctive or equitable relief regarding intellectual property, any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and AutoradioRx arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under the Federal Arbitration Act. YOU AND AUTORADIORX AGREE TO ARBITRATE IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITIES ONLY, AND NOT AS A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OF MORE THAN ONE PERSON. You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to us within 30 days of your first use of the Service after the effective date of these Terms.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, acts of government, Internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, or third-party service failures.

Severability; Waiver; Assignment; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms without restriction. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoradioRx regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements on the subject matter.

We may provide notices to you via the Service, email, or other reasonable means. You agree that all notices we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
